2. Ask individual members questions about their specific needs, such as:
- How do you feel about your job?
- How do you feel about the stability of your chosen profession or work?
- Are you happy with your career path and with the skills you have?
- If employment is a concern, are you aware of the resources available to you?
3. Teach members about self-reliance and work.
4. Coach members in the skills that will help them develop self-reliance.
- Discuss individual needs and solutions in leadership meetings.
- Involve ward members who can help.
- Call and involve capable employment specialists.
- Utilize LDS Employment Resource Services.

- Consult with Church leaders.
